1. Services
UDI'S MOBILE DETAILING provides professional mobile car detailing services. All services are performed at the location provided by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service for any vehicle that we deem unsafe or inappropriate for our processes.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online or via phone. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept card payments, bank transfers, and mobile payments. Pricing is subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle.
4. Liability
While we take extreme care with every vehicle, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, engine bay issues if cleaned, or loose items left in the car. We recommend removing all valuables before service.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify the detailer before they leave the site or contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to rectify any issues.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
